Op was the one with the different dates on tax returns, right? the one who move from Georgia to California?

Some of these things don't make sense. The only things they should care about is that you arrived here before the age 16, and that one has resided here continously for the past five years prior to June 15th 2012.

So If I have been here for 15 years, do I really need to show proof of residence for each year of those 15 years?

Update: I mailed my new evidence today. Good luck to everybody else who had an RFE!

Mine took about a week. Which with the two RFE I received it delayed my app like 2 weeks already :/ who knows how long it will take after this.

Yes I was the one with the 2007 tax return that was filed in 2011. I really believe USCIS made a mistake with my evidence. They stated I was not here 2007, but my school transcripts clearly show I was in school. :/ I hope this doesn't happen to anybody else, and on top of that they lost my 1-765WS, and blamed me for it saying I didn't mail it.

Did you include a cover letter or any general explanation when you resend your RFE?

I got the rfe letter today and they want more evidence from 09 to 11 so only tax returns are not enough for them. Thank god i had lots of evidence at home like medical bills, pay stubs and bank statements. I just resent it out and hopefully by next week ill get approved
