stop getting worried body. i think is the income taxes of your mom from 2007 to january of 2008. i think they are requesting more evidence if you have not left the country that year. i got my RFE letter yesterday and yeah they were requesting more evidence from 2010 t0 2011 because i had just sent my tax returns and they wanted more proof so maybe this gives you an idea that they might want more evidence from that year. good luck buddy

turst me if its not that then i has to be something simple and you will be able to get it. just wait for the letter. you will get it like in 4 days after you received your txt

i dont know about that, but if thats the case, maybe you will get it even faster.

well i think you will get it this week. i got the txt last wednesday and my lawyer got the letter yesterday so yeaho it takes like 3 to 4 days.

my lawyer mailed it back the same day (yesterday) because he had told me to have ready all the evidence from 2010 t0 2011 and yeah he was right .

they just wanted more evidence after my graduation in 2009. so they wanted more evidence from 20010 to 11 because i had just sent my tax returns and they said they weren't notarized and they wanted more evidence of those years. it was easy for me becuase i had pay stubs, medical bill, bank statements so yeah i sent all of that. The mistake i made it was that i didnt send all those evidences the firt time because i thought tax returs would be enough but that was not the case
