I agree. Good points, my friend.

Mexican Marines and Fuerzas Especiales (formerly known as GAFE), which consistently conduct operations.

Oh damn. I don't know too much about the gangs in India. I just hope they do not have the weapons that these Mexican fuckers have.

What really needs to be investigated is the role of the Russian mafia in all of this. The Russian mafia has to be the most powerful criminal organization in the world, and it actually has members in Mexico. But, not too much is known.

Is anybody bothered that the United States on numerous occations subverts indpendence of other countries (via the CIA and its other intelligence agency) by having agents not always disclosed to the
governments they have been assigned. You can imagine if Mexican intelligence agents got into a firefight
with DC police! Bill O'Riley would get his panties in such a twist, the likes of which will never be to untwine ; ).

In this case no, I think the Mexican government needs all the help it can get from the international community to combat these scumbags.

Now, if the CIA violates the soverignty of a country to suppress the dissenting economic ideas that post a threat to exploitative, host American firms and financial interests of the US, I am totally against that.

I bet many here know who Pinochet was. Well guess how helped put that murdered in power. It was the CIA along with British intelligence. It was presicely because of Chile's Presient Allende economic programs that he was taken out with the full knowlegde of the US government. There are many speeches that Nixon did "condeming" Allende for his programs. The go ahead to topple that democracy was given by Nixo and Kissenger.

Oh, I know ALLLLLLLLLL about this. During the Cold War, the CIA would conduct covert and even overt operations in Latin-American states to overthrow democratically elected leaders (e.g. Salvador Allende) who endangered the interests of host, exploitative American firms by advancing policies that nationalies these companies. This happened in El Salvador, Guatemala, Brazil, etc. And, in oder to justify these policies, the US would label these leaders communists. I am against this.

I just read on the news that a Border Patrol agent was shot and killed today and another wounded. On the Arizona-Sonora border.

I heard about this too. Here we go again with the GOP and the secure-the-border-first-legalize-later argument.
