I see we have some Romney/Republican lovers in the house!

Mind you not all Dreamers are Obama or Democrat lovers but at the same time we are nowhere near sharing similar views with a man who has non-stop been against us and at the same time tries to make it seem like he isn't. We are aware of what Obama and Democrats have been unable to do but we are also aware of what Romney, tea partyist who claim to be Republicans, and right wing extremist are unwilling to do in our favor and instead want to rip away the little chance we have been given because according to them we don't deserve it. They have gone on and on about all the reasons they believe we Dreamers don't deserve to be given an opportunity to fix our status in this country and it's just so entertaining to hear all of them. But in the end you know who has it worst than us???? The older undocumented folk it sickens me to think what they have to go through just for the simple fact that they made the fucking mistake of coming here illegaly or overstaying. They weren't educated here so most of them don't know they have rights in this country and some don't even understand English as well as we do. We have the ability to protect ourselves better than they do. And don't get me started on the whole anchor baby issue. I don't idolize Obama but I will never ever speak in favor of someone who is unwilling to give people like me a chance. Just look at how they feel/act towards the LGBT community and even women! That gives me a pretty clear idea that they are unable to support anyone who doesn't fit their definition of "normal".

WHAT?! lol you know that the democrats tried to pass the Dream Act in 2010 right? But the Republicans in Congress didn't sign it and rejected it...

Whether it was a political move or not, I am thankful it happened. He said it: "it was the right thing to do". A lot of Latinos are not voting Obama solely on the DACA order. A lot of Latinos don't even feel we deserve it, since they had to wait and come here by the rules, and believe we are getting rewarded for breaking the law. But a lot of them, even if they don't agree with DACA, are still voting Obama, because of many other reasons: women's rights, more affordable college, GLBT rights, etc.
Mostly everyone I know is voting Obama, and mind you, the few ones voting Romney are solely voting for him because Obama is half black (no joke).

Ah.. So, what does Romney's religion have to do with anything again?

Nothing, but some people only seem to vote solely on what religion a candidate practices. Mormon does not equal Christian, and America is not a Christian nation.

Mormons are Christians. Their exclusion is as idiotic as those Catholics (or Protestants) who exclude one another. They are a different denomination, but are Christians all the same.

Again though, I really don't get why you brought it up in the first place.

Obama faced a recession that was going in the direction of a depression. I was practically born here but even I can understand he had to put US citizens before us. Beyond that he acknowledged that immigration reform was his biggest failure. That to me says a lot.

The republicans on the other hand have continuously diminished the expectations for the DREAM act. Anyone who thinks the republicans are looking after our best interest should realize we only needed 4 Fcking Republican votes in 2010 for us to have a chance.

Are u out of ur mind? All politicians are liars.

Whether u wanna be a Republican or Democrat is up to u and i dont rebuke u either way. However to say the Democrats only dangle CIR and DA in our faces and the Republicans only wanna fix the problem is arguably the asinine thing stated on this forum (probably) ever. The DA was filibustered by the Republicans 2 years ago or u would already be legal and working on ur dreams (whatever they are). The bill had 55 votes, but because of the Republican party it is not law.

Im not devoted Democrat, however i would vote their way until the Republican party shifts their views back to the middle. The Republican party is no longer a bi-partisan minded party, it has become a "our way or no way" party. I personally don't think 4 more years of the Bush policy that turned our surplus into a deficit is what this country currently needs.

I think u watch too much Fox News my friend. Do ur research...Obama isn't trying to do anything the "allmighty" Ronald Reagan didn't. Reagan raised taxes, Reagan passed an amnesty, hell even Reagan would be a "socialist" by ur definition. That is also something that the idiots at Fox News do all too well. Stop with the name calling and report facts. I refuse to support a party who's sole purpose is to slander the other party for their own political gains. I refuse to support a party who tells blatant lies, and when they get called out about it, their response is "we will not let our campaign be dictated by fact checkers." Really?

Until the Republican party becomes a party for the people and not special interest groups they will never get my support. Again im no devoted Democrat, but the Democratic party is the lesser of the two evils.

You're kidding right? By that definition, Muslims and Christians are another sect of Judaism.
