What sort of a response is that? Why should someone that clearly qualifies not apply? Sometimes people do not have month to month evidence, that is when Affidavits from witnesses come into play. Please analyze a question properly before writing things that could discourage people that qualify from applying....

I agree.

People have to remember that most of us have been living in the shadows so proving continuous residence is going to be hard for people who have been out of school for a long time. It is what it is. Most don't have socials or don't know about ITINs.

One of the requirements is that you PROVE continuous presence. If you have no proof for years it just seems like youre setting yourself up for a denial. Im not discouraging those who qualify from applying if you can find all the proof and meet all the requirements.

Telling someone to apply without evidence us just misleading. Believe me i want all those who qualify to apply.

To the OP if you can find the proof include it. I hope the best for your case.

Exactly! People can only submit what they have and supplement that evidence with witness Affidavits if needed, when it comes to the excused absences/continuous residence requirements.

The OP DOES have evidence, there are just some gaps. Did you even read what the OP wrote?
