tinatawagan ako ng isang officer sa uscis kanina about daw sa i-765 ko!! i think pilipina yun kasi ung accent nya tapos rafael ung last name. anyway..na tatawagan ba kayo? bat ako tinatawag? waaah :/ hindi ako nakasagot kanina so i'll call ulit bukas.

ohh and by the way anong sinulat nya so annual income, expenses etc??? help po.. compare ko sa akin. thank you!

wala akong income, full time student ako... ung information from our school un ang expenses ko..

Sabi ng lawyer ko just leave the annual income part blank since we cant work, so i did. Sa annual expenses naman I just estimated yung mga expenses na basic necessities like food, clothes, school stuff, cell phone, medical expenses, transportation, etc. Dun sa explanation i just wrote a short paragraph on how much i needed to work to help out my parentals with the bills and to support myself and not have to rely on them so much. Pare did you apply for ssn right away after you got your EAD?

natanggap ko ung EAD card ko sept 28, i went to ssa oct 2. they gave me a letter and they told me that my ss card will be arriving by mail.

I put my last year income kc i hav an Itin number i use for work. I did not file kc my paralegal said i did not make enough to file anyways. As for expenses i put my school tuition fee with my book expenses as well...

Cool. So pag nakuha mo na ung ssn mo sa mail then pwede ka nang mag apply for DL? Or can we apply with just our EAD?

kala mo i went to dmv after my ssa visit, i thought ead and letter from ssn is enough because they gave me a number and let me wait. but when they called my number and talked to staff not on the lobby. they told me that they need my ssn. case to cse basis siguro ang pagapply sa dmv. try mo dyan sa inyo (from one office to another), wala kasi akong time at walang ride to go to another place. hopefully by next week nasa akin na iyo. this is gonna be my biggest gift ever for my birthday.
