Rfe (nebraska service center)-bio date -9/20

I just received a msg from USCIS that my case has been updated as well as my brother's. GAHHH RFE!!!! for both of us! We did our bio on 9/20. I pretty much expected that RFE would happen because my stupid ass lawyer advised me not to fill out Form I-765ws but just attach it. (you know that income and expense part.) I defitinitely know that we got returned because of that reason since our 821 has been approved.

Anyway, I'm writing to inform those who are routed to Nebraska that they are working on the cases whose biometric was done as late as 9/20.

This is quite surprising to me since they were very behind last week. (I noticed that their pace has gotten much quicker this week.)
Lastly, I wonder if those who send more documentation after receiving RFE have to go through the entire review process again. Has there been any RFE cases getting approved within one or two weeks?

Seems like working with lawyers is the main ingredient for RFEs. You guys need to start trusting yourselves more. The lawyers don't know more than you 99% of the time when it comes to DACA. You've spent years preparing for this. They heard of it on June 15th...

He advised you not to fill out Form I-765ws? What a jackass.
I bet he won't have the balls to admit to his mistake and will play it down.

Actually, that's not true. Most of the RFEs have been from people without lawyers. I think this might be the third one with a lawyer.

But I honestly don't think filling out with or without a lawyer matters. You just have to make sure everything you do is correct and to have at least one piece of evidence a year.

^ were you a walk in? seems like they might be going by original date of bio in Nebraska...judging by what I've seen.

good luck with your RFE, im actually a little happy to see this but not because of what happened to you, its because I did my bios on 9/20 for Nebraska Service too, so hopefully my application is next !

I walked-in on 5th, but my brother just went on his scheduled date which is 20th. It was two weeks earlier than my brother, but we got our notices at the exact same time.

beachgirlx19, yours will come probably tomorrow or next week. I read somewhere in the forum that USCIS is going to start working on cases with biometrics done on 9/17 around next week. However, given that my brother's biometric was done on 9/20, the processing time def. has picked up its pace.
