If by normal people you mean citizens well theirs just says their name and number. Ours will say something among the lines of VALID FOR WORK ONLY WITH DHS AUTHORIZATION. I also believe we won't be receiving EIC. I really don't care since I still wouldn't qualify cause of age. lol

I think only the unrestricted SSNs would be able to satisfy that requirement to employers considering they would be either US citizens or Permanent Residents.
