Request of evidence, after biometrics :( - Page 65

Hello All,

I just received my RFE Letter.

They advised that they need more evidence dating back 5Years.

I have about 3 years of check stubs, since 2 of those years I was self-employed.
I will send copies of my check stubs.
I have also gone to my local bank and requested they send me my Transaction history for both Checking and Credit Accounts dating back to '07

I should be able to prove all 5 years with this.

So what did you initially sent for those 5 years? Did they even specify what year needed more evidence?

I sent some Check stubs, but not all.

I sent my doctor appointment letters and also when I donate blood.

I figure they want at least every 3 Months acounted for.

Anybody know if I can send back my requested evidence in another envelope?

The one that USCIS sent me won't cut it,it's one of those #10 Envelopes.

All my evidence will not fit in there.
I noticed inside the envelope it has a barcode though, which includes my LIN#

Please anybody with some insight on this.

Did you send your high school transcript?

No need, I graduated High School in '05.

I need evidence from '07-'12.

I however did send my Diploma.

If you think the envelope is really important then include in the new envelope you will purchase and submit it with your evidence response. From past experience with RFE's I know that the sheet that you must include is the sheet that came with the RFE that says in caps that you must submit it along with your evidence. It also has a barcode and your LIN#. I submitted my evidence in a yellow manilla that fit all my papers. It was well recieved and my case moved on to the next stage.

I don't ever remember having to submit the envelope itself tho.

I need to get my letter for sure tomorrow!! Stupid mailman didn't leave any mail at all, not even spam mail.
