I-797Cs Received:9/24/12 (Nebraska)
Biometrics Received: 10/4/12 for 10/29/12
Application Approved:TBA

From what i have seen thru the posts, it seems that it takes from 15-20 days to receive any kind of notifications(by mail).

Date Application Sent/ Location- 08/30/2012 from NJ, sent to -Vermont.
6 days to received approval letter( counting weekedn)
USPS certified mail Date delivered or acceptance - 09/05/2012.
14 days to received Biometric letter(date on postage)
Date of I-797C biometrics letter 09/19/12 for 10/3/12 at USCIS Elizabeth Service Center.
From previous post, i calculate 2 weeks to receive an approval.
So hopefully by 10/18 i will see if i got approved or not.

On Oct 3rd I checked and the date had changed from 9/28 to 10/3 and today it said this The USPS reported that they picked up mail from USCIS containing your new card on October 4, 2012. You should receive your new card within 7 days. I hate waiting, better late then never. |
