It all depends
tuition is about 4500/semester, living off campus can be cheap (as well as eating off campus). It all depends if you cannot a good cheap place.

I was able to get scholarships/Texas grant to pay for at least tuition (their financial aid office is amazing).
I have aunts and uncles who are citizens so they took out an 6000 dollar loans (which is the only loan I have) plus I was in the Cadet Corps there so that was even more scholarship money.

Sounds awesome! Do you live on campus? I think it would be pretty nice to live on campus but I might not since I don't think that my financial aid will cover it. My only hope I guess is to find a job whenever I get my work permit.
