so lets see what happens but i will be gone for like 3 months.

also we aint getting combo cards just the not valid for rentry card. me am not taking my ead with me, i will be taking the travel permit and the 821d approval letter and my passport which is new without any stamps and am hopefull i will get it. my lawyer said i will have no trouble with those two documents. i don't care for the lawyer, i just contacted her because of everybody here saying it's risky. i just hope they don't deny my AP.

If you didn't comply with a final order of removal, you won't be allowed back into the states for a period of 10 years (triggered when you leave US soil..) Even with an advance parol document/Pending adjustment of status. I hate to say this, but a lot of you guys are getting your hopes up.

only problem is am a rider in that it was a family thing and i was put there through no fault of my own. and i also got a new A number which my lawyer thinks is because they want to seperate me from that final order. am still going with the advance parole. someone has to take the risk and am that pig.

What's your reason? Education, humanitarian or work?

I forgot to mentioned about those with Final Orders, you're correct but actually those with Final Orders actually have to stay outside the US while the order is in effect which technically can be permanent. It is impossible for those with Final orders to have a pending Residency application through the nominal USCIS service unless it is before an Immigration Judge to be adjudicated.A person with a Final order would be seen as having enforced the Final Order when they leave upon their departure....so technically upon their return it makes me wonder if CBP might charge the individual with Felony re-entry in contravene of their order to stay out of the US,irregardless of AP.

There was a situation through another individual with whom I had come across not even 6 months ago that had a removal order + TPS and was thinking of traveling using AP.I am gonna see if I can get an update on that and see if this is even legitimately possible.

What is your reason stated for traveling?
and what port of entry will you be using? (What airport)?

Only time when you should try using advance parole is the following:
You're EWI (no deportation order) and married to a USC, meaning to adjust you need to go through an I-601 waiver. Leave on advance parole and try to re-enter using your advance parole. If they let you in then you're considered to be paroled in and can adjust in country without the waiver. If they don't let you back in then you need to go through the I-601.
