you got RFE, dont stress about dude, it shouldn't be major, people had them for making mistakes in the form, untranslated documents, and dont believe that 1 or 2 year gap hype bullshit, they know we are dreamer and can not provide too much record evidences, because we if we do than they could easily be tracking us all these years, i personally have 2 years gap '09- '11-'12 like if i have never existed those years but am not worry about it because the evidences that i sent r very strong case, like my I94, B1 visa, school transcripts, school medical immunization record, HS Diploma, Graduation ceremony pictures, old and new passport copies, my country national ID, and my I130 petition receipt and approval in 2010 stated that i was present in the usa but not eligible to adjust status cause i have to wait for my priority date to come up.

Ok. In case of I need more evidence I have already collected the following:
•food stamp benefits history from my brothers where I'm also listed because I live in the same household, first dated on 12/12/2008 and with others dates from 2011 & 2012.
•Facebook check in history from www.archivedbook.com starting from January 10, 2011 and ending in September 23, 2012. 11 pages long.
•2009 auto policies. From 02/02/2009 to 7/20/2009. I'm listed as an excluded driver.

This is what I'm still going to collect:
•life insurance payments receipt starting on April 2011 to the present date
•Brother's SS Benefit record were I'm also listed because I live in the same household. Those benefits are dated back to the year 2005 to the present day.

And I also have this issue, on 1998 my grandfather made a I-130 petition for my mom and I was also included. But then my grandfather died on 2008 and that petition was not longer valid(an immigration lawyer told my mom), and when I turned 21 I definetly was left out from that petition. But anyways, should I also send them those letters. I didn't send those because I was left out for that petition and I didn't want to confuse them. ANY SUGGESTIONS???
