Did you all get your I-94 (#) corresponding with your two year date on your EAD on the bottom of the I-821d approval notice? Thanks in advance

What I'm saying is in the bottom of the (I-797 A) notice for approval of I-821d do you have the I-94 that they say tear of and keep for personal records & it has the same expiration date with the EAD?

Lol... normally, there is I-94 that you can tear out like a pocket size card, and he or she's asking if there's one w/ i-821d approval or not.

@ bseo, exactly. I think it's only those people who had a I-94 before that was renewed. Thats y I am asking if they entered without inspection or legally with a visa.

Well I did have a I-94 it has nothing to do with what your sending in, they will only see it as evidence you will get a new alien number and on your EAD it will have a random USCIS number for you and your receipt number

Yeah I know about sending the I-94 in & I'm not talking about that. I'm already approved & have gotten my EAD but I am saying, for people who received their I-821d approval letter, did it come with a renewed I-94 in the bottom of the letter that spans the two years of the EAD or not?
