I don't think so, even with the deferred action because, technically, we'd still be considered undocumented. We are eligible for private student loans and scholarships tho.

You're eligible for something else though if you're paying taxes.Don't forget the $4,000 tuition tax credit.

I think you get up to $2500 back of your tuition right? isn't it like 40% or 20%? Isn't it called the American Life Opportunity Credit or something like that?
