Seems like when you did your bio is more important than when you sent in your app, I know some people were arguing otherwise. Also the Bio done to approval is between 3 to 15 workdays and it is increasing as time goes by... I'm on workday 6 after my bio so seems like anytime from tomorrow to 10/19 :/ |

I am starting to see that it doesnt follow any specific order, I sent my application a day after my sister did, same documentation and situation. Only difference was my income, I have an income and she didnt so she put $0.00. we did biometrics the same day (sept. 20th) and I got my EAD card and DACA approval letter on friday October 5th, (my status on the USCIS website is still under initial review for DACA), so things dont change accurately, and unfortunately for my sister her status for both DACA and EAD are both still in initial review.
