i just got my ead on the mail 
now i have a question can i go tomorrow to my local social security office or i hbe to wait
some time i have been reading and i dont know if i have to wait 10 days so sc can check that i an in the system or just go ? i got a prooved 10/3/12

I actually called them when I wasn't hearing back and they basically told me to call back if I didn't hear anything after 3 months of them having received my application. You don't loose anything by calling them, but you should be getting approved soon. I took my biometrics on the 19th and was approved on friday. So say both our applications were thrown on the same pile. That person might still be working on biometrics from the 19th or has moved on to the 20th. You should hear from them soon. Hang in there!
