Question about RFE

I'm just reading up on people getting RFE, and it had me a little bit concerned about mine. Basically there are gaps in between my college semesters especially during the summer months. Now, I have no way of proving my presence during that period. What is the possibility that they will be picky about this?

I think it would have been best to include information for those summer months, especially in the summer of 2012 since they are looking for prescene on June 15 or thereabouts.

I think it might just depend on the officer dealing with your case. On my application I had a two year gap and I got approved without getting RFEd. Only thing I had for that gap was a letter from my church, which wasn't even notarized.

I sent in a history of my cc charges which had a long list on a daily basis for the last two years. I had something notarized on the 15th, as well as a bank withdrawal and deposit. I sent in a restaurant receipt dated on the 15th as well to celebrate the occasion.

My only problem as it stands are those summertime gaps from 2007-2010. I do have doctors visits and PPD test taken, but it only accounts for one day during the summer months. I'm pretty sure I have movie stub receipts, but it has no name on there so I don't know if that helps. I looked through my facebook account, but I doubt that will be any help.

I avoided the forum the last couple of weeks in hopes of not reading anything negative. So I'm home tonight and couldn't sleep and couldn't take not taking a peek. Now worries settles in after reading some posts. OI!

You sent some strong evidence, you will be fine, summer gaps are expected from full time students.
