Okay, so I have one question.

I entered the U.S first in 1998 with a B1 visa. We were just here for vacation. I went back to Peru and then entered the U.S with an h4 visa in 2001.

For my DACA application, I have copied/printed the i-94 dating my entry in 2001. However, the 1-94 is on the same page as my B1 visa stamp- so that was printed as well

I also printed the H-4 visa stamp dating entry in 2001.

I was wondering if I should include a note or something explaining the B1 visa stamp? Would USCIS even look at it or mind? I know I may be sounding paranoid but I know how picky they can be so I just want to be sure.

In my app, I put my entry as 2001 so I was wondering whether they'd even look at the B1 visa stamp.

Can anyone give any advice?

If you put your entry as 2001, why did you include I-94 for 1998?

As long as you left the country before B1 expired, B1 doesn't matter..

It's like me going to Italy for vacation with B1.. as long as I leave before B1 expires nobody cares..

this might cause a delay in approval of your application.. but don't worry about it and stay put..

I didn't include the 1-94 for the b1. just the b1 visa stamp (saying I entered in 199- i had to, since the i-94 for the H4 is on the same page as the B1 visa stamp on my passport.- When I printed my i-94 for the h-4 visa, the b1 visa stamp came out as well because they are on the same page of my passport.

I guess it shouldn't matter since I put 2001 as date of entry. hope it doesn't cause delay too much!
