After I receive my permit I plan on moving to Miami for the winter. How are things there? I want a place that is always hot and it seems like it's the ideal place. what are the positives and negatives?

Been living in South Florida for the last 13 years and love it here. I grew up in South Broward near the Countyline. I lived in North Miami for 2 years. Im now living in Central Broward.

Overall the South Florida area is nice. Not all areas are the same. I prefer living in Broward over Miami.

i live in Broward for 10 years now, fort lauderdale. I used to work in north miami and something i have go to Miami, i do NOT want to live in Miami dade for nothing! my opinion is that broward is the best place to live. close to everything!!!

I live in Broward, close to sawgrass. I see Broward as the place to live and work, you know just your regular day to day life and if you want to have a really good time Miami is just 30 minutes south.
