Is there an age limit to the CA Dream Act? I can't find that information.

Yea after getting my financial aid award paying off this coming winter/spring, I definitely suggest that everyone eligible should apply for the next financial aid period (fall 2013)

Keep bothering them until you get it straightened out. Spring 2013 is just around the corner!

I'm for sure applying. I wonder if the process will be different or more complicated for students who have been approved for DACA and are paying taxes by January 2013.

Email the fafsa department. I did that back in beginning of May ( im attending a UC ) and got a letter at the end of May. Just got my award creditted to my student account 4 days ago. Just call them if you want a faster response.

I tried finding some guidelines and rules for that on that website but couldn't find any. Could someone point me in the right direction? What I'm trying to know is if move to California and live there for a couple of years will I qualify? Or do you have to have had graduated from a California high school? I graduated high school from another state and attended a semester at a university.

Even more reason to keep bothering them.
Don't email anybody anything. Go to your school's financial aid office in person and be the first person that they talk to when they open. That's what I did (pushily), and they found the error and credited my account faster than the time it took them to reply to my emails.
