Any WAC# who did bio before 21st not approved yet? - Page 11

Did my Bio same day as you and still waiting. Santa Ana California Sep 21

Honestly I wouldn't have a problem with waiting if it wasn't for California approving people that just did their Biometrics on October. I seriously don't know what could be the hold up.

I don't think it's a slow worker, I would believe the Service Center would see that some are approving much quicker and some are working slower. It must be something else.

I'm sorta just preparing myself mentally to receive an RFE. I believe that after they take a look at the application, they note what is missing and maybe sit it aside on ANOTHER pile waiting for someone else to officially type out the RFE then mail it and mark it in the USCIS.gov system.

Man, if they make us wait this long then send us an RFE....I'm going to flip out. I sent every proof I had for the continuous residence part.

I turned off email and text notifications... I check at lunch and nighttime. Going nuts.

Well, another week is about to pass by.

Tomorrow, tomorrow, please let it be tomorrow.

There is no reason for them to delay RFE because I'm sure that the application reviewing agents aren't the ones who type up the letter for RFE notification. Also, I noticed that for me, there are still few of people who sent the application on the same day as me still not approved yet. Besides, all my documents were either school issued or government issued documents that are strong, simple, and legit. Not to mention that I have cleaned record (even though i failed to get WA license,but that doesn't count against me)

Oh no lol... Just that one time... When they told me I had to wait till they check my case :/
So that's what I'm doing :-p
