Call again because they are suppose to make several attempts to deliver before they send it back. Are you suppose to sign for it??

I dont think you sign for it? It was at the post office in 77013 where it was sent out for delivery. I live in 77041 and they told me it was sent back to Kentucky, why would they do that instead of forwarding to correct post office.... i have no idea

Damn it that sucks to hear, It was bound to happen sooner or later with the USPS.

Don't worry though at least by the time you get it you'll be able to go straight to the SSA office

Call up USCIS and let them know what is going on and see what they tell you.

Our DL's will not say temporary visitor.

Earlier this year there was an amendment to the transportation code that stated that all ID's and DL's must look the same.

Quote:
SECTION ____.05. Section 521.121, Transportation Code, is amended by adding subsection (e) to read as follows:
(e) Except as provided by this section, each driver's license issued under this chapter:
(1) must:
(A) be in the same format;
(B) have the same appearance and orientation; and
(C) contain the same type of information; and
(2) may not include any information that this chapter does not reference or require.
