I looked over the Maryland residency requirements. Felt more confusing than the ending of inception, however there was no mention of those being granted deferred action being allowed to establish residency. If I apply for residency and it gets approved, would I have to move out to my own house/apartment under my name?

My house isn't registered under my family's name, but a relative's.
