Help DACA. Workshop says I don't qualify

I am at a DACA workshop and they told me my amazon PayPal don't count for the 5 year presence and I need a doc for every month they told me I have to see a attorney

Is the PayPal account the only proof you have of continuance residence for past 5 years?

If they have a date with your name and address, I don't see why it wouldn't count.

My attorney said I didnt need something for EVERY month....just to not have gaps that are too far apart...
What else do you have?

These workshops are giving out a lot of misinformation. Your Amazon and Paypal purchases should be fine as long as your name is on them.

Just make sure it is not the only evidence you have to rely on for the time period proving continuous residence.If you can prove through evidence that you meet the guidelines no individual can stop you from trying.

On another note,I honestly think there needs to be a thread giving detailed information with regards to what initial evidence was given for those who did NOT receive RFEs.

Fuck that workshop, I sent Amazon invoices to cover 2011 and early 2012.

if you have paypal then, most likely you have to have a bank account, no?
also amazon... ?? credit card statements?

I agree. Someone started one but the only people who posted were those who hadnt been approved. Didnt make any sense.

Amazon/Paypal are not the strongest evidence you can file
