Help DACA. Workshop says I don't qualify - Page 2

Ok so I talked to the lawyer at the work and he said PayPal and amazon count as long as my name and adress are on then. But they wanted every month my 07 08 09 are spotty I have 3 affidavits .. The lady that first told me that I didn't qulify bummed me out

If you have every three months or so that should be cool. It seems its also important to have strong evidence for june 2007 and june 2012.

Paypal statements are as good as any bank account statements and Amazon helps out a lot too as long as it has your name and address your good to go.

They have to realize that not every Dreamer is going to have a back account.

Now if you only have "Affidavits" that is what i would consider weak evidence.

What about Facebook? Does that help peeps?

Do you have school transcripts?

Some lawyers have said facebook evidence will work. I was surprised to hear this as I didnt think it was very strong but theyre the experts. If they say it will do then id believe them.

they are my accounts but i use my bfs debit card for paypal and amazon i use gift cards to buy stuff

Really never you worked after high school?? I graduate in 2004 too! Anyways what a about gym memberships,if u ever sent to a drycleaners they could print out your order history! I did that.. I get my clothes drycleaned often since Like 2008, Von's or Ralph's grocery stores they give you points for shopping there, well I hope this give u some ideas

Paypal and Amazon receipts should be good enough evidence.

They have the date, time, name, address the items were delivered to. What else do they need to see? The same with Facebook check-ins, they show where you were on the map and at what time and date.

Just get everything you can think of. USCIS knows that not all of us have a paper trail because we were here undocumented.

I don't believe paypal/ amazon have physical addresses on the transaction activity. Bank transactions have US addresses on them like the city the transaction was done, thus, proving you were physically present here during the transaction. Get your "butt" and go through all your closets, cabinets, etc. To find more solid evidence...Good Luck
