when i order things sometimes i put my username as shipping address or a made up name to conceal my identity.
But, it does help I guess.

Anyone can buy anything and ship it to anywhere under any name even i f that person is not in the United States at the time of purchase.

who gives a shit if they told you that you can't apply for DACA?
If you have the $465 and you think you have enough proof, apply for that shit, the worst scenario is a Denial AFTER a RFE in which case you'll know 100% specifically what they want from you.
