From what I've noticed so far it seems like in general Vermont may be handling cases based on the date you went in for your Biometrics regardless of if you walked in or not. From what I've noticed on this site, they've begun to approach the mid-end of the fourth week of September Biometrics-- the week of the 16th (I may be completely wrong, but it's an observation)....
