i'll tell this, dhs knows that we are fucked up especially when it comes to records, they know that we dont have social security so its almost impossible to come up with something legit, without ssn, so they just want to push us to the limit and see what else can we come up with, most of people who got approved they had strong cases like submitting college trans up to date, i fucking graduated 4 years ago from high school, i did not keep not even one transcript on me, and i went thru hell getting the trans and medical record from 7 years ago, and pretty much thats all i had, along with birth certificate, overstayed visa, and i94. i was trying to be nice and not to stress or overwhelm the case worker, now its on bring it on DHS, am sending a whole load of bills that is total of over 100 paper so far.

Just wanted to share some WONDERFUL news and give everyone HOPE! I JUST checked USCIS and my DACA ap and my EAD application were approved OCTOBER 12th! I have been keeping busy working out and volunteering at my church and checking it constantly was starting to bum me out. I couldn't even sleep at night. Tonight I decided to check since I didn't all weekend and saw:

On October 12, 2012, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

I will await the letter/card in the mail and am not telling my family until then, because it will feel real to me but there are no words to express the relief I feel. I worked SOO hard on my application and spent so many days/hours about making it perfect. I know how everyone feels about the long wait. I was especially worried because I graduated HS in 2005, only did 1 semester in college and do not have a bank account. I dug super deep to provide them with evidence which included: Cell phone records (I have a family account that is in my uncle's name but my line is in my name), amazon invoices, official Elementary, Middle High school transcripts, dr receipts and 7 affadavits (2 USC family members, my USC fiancee, 2 USC childhood friends, 3 from church,). I am overjoyed because I had a lot of gaps but organized my packet meticulously and spent alot of time creating the best case possible. I was also worried because on my Work Permit worksheet I was honest and put $0 for expenses, income and assets. I thought they would deny me since I put 0$ for expenses but I stated that my family helps me with expenses (cell phone bill, dr apt, etc) but I would like to work and help them because my grandmother just was diagnosed with a disease. I am a lurker but I thank you ALL for the help/strength you have given me and pray that all of yall get accepted because with ALL the obstacles we have all experienced we need small postitivity in our lives. I will continue to pray for everyone and if yall need help with anything let me know <3

My card is on production and now just waiting for DACA approval

i send it my school reports card s since form pre k trough 11 grade im currently in school i got from school ,official letter ..i send it i 90 with entry passaport copys ,2 picture new update it passaport copy birth certificate translated and notery stamped it ,one proof for i d resident here before june ( my dentist bill) date showing may and june. send it app. august 24 ,routed to vermont 27 ,finger print september 17,not walk in ,approved october 4 ,recevied ead card october 11..

Question, it only says that deferred action is approve, employment shows no change, is that OK?

Thats normal, you should be getting an approval some time this week. Its happening to a lot of people and got approve already. i myself got a RFE today but im hoping they're not requesting too much. CONGRATS!!!!

I hope you get approve within a few days like most of the people... I was approve 10/02 for DACA and still waiting for my EAD to be approved!!! I really hope your EAd gets approve tomorrow! Good luck and God bless you!
