It tells you that you need a valid passport. And I think it should be valid as well. But all you need is EAD and birth certificate...you dont have your birth certificate? |

She was American, she just asked me to verify the city that I was born in, and she checked to see that the names on my EAD and the birth certificate matched, then she printed out a letter, asked me to verify name and address and I was on my way. 
I should be getting it in less than 2 weeks.
