I got an RFE last week stating that the address on the "high school records i provided was different than the one on the 821D form"......Well the reason why it has a different address is that my mom borrowed a neighbors address so that i was able to go to a better school.....i already called a few law offices and they all keep saying to write a letter explaining the reason....What do YOU suggest i do to clear this up??? Thanks

***also this is one of the most important evidence i submitted to proof ive been here throughout 2006-2010....so I'm REALLY worried they wont accept the letter i send.

For anything that may appear you be uncertain, always have an explanation letter attached.

You should definitely send a letter explaining everything.

Thanks for posting this because I was up last night trying to make sense of my previous addresses/dates on the school enrollment history I was given. They're scrambled around and thought maybe USCIS won't make a big deal out of it, but now...I'm going to type up an explanation.

My dates of residence don't line up from 2004-2008 (according to my highschool transcript) but all my addresses were legitimate. Fingers crossed. I've moved soo many times, it's hard to keep all my records updated.

Send a letter explaining what happened, as long as it is in the same state I don't see why there is a problem regarding continuous presence, you were clearly in the U.S. They probably just got confused and wondered.

Ahh I think I'll have the same problem. I didn't even realize until now. I moved a lot during HS and I didn't change my address because it was a lot of work. I'm waiting for my Bio appointment and I'm worried.
