Arizona Drivers License

So I was looking online at the requirements for the drivers license, and yes I know the governer denied Drivers licenses to deffered action people, but my question is...how can the DMV know what circumstances you received your EAD, I've looked over my card and have found nothing that says deffered action or any other identifying factor so just wondering

It should say C33 or something like that of some sort. Not too sure.

Look in the category section of the EAD that's how they know you're on DACA

I dont like what it says in the bottom part

At least we can work legally now, it's an improvement..

The irony of this is that those under the C14 Category basically have the same status yet apparently they can still receive an ID or DL due to no restriction.

Category C33, which means DACA.

I am replying as a parent on here.We are happy our daughter managed to get some help with deferred action but unfortunatly in florida the rest of us had trouble with our renewal of license.This is where arizona comes in.If you have any trouble there you can take your license,expired up to a year with something with your name on it(i took debit card) and walked out in ten minutes with 25 year license.For all of the arizona rules they have a long long license.It is good to know we don.t have to worry every four years

something needs to happen with jan brewer, her policies are hurting human beings, if it was up to her and her administration she would round up all illegals and put them in camps. if c14's can get drivers licenses then why wouldn't c33's be able to, somebody needs to stand up to that governor.. also she should be placed on a 24 hour surveillance DO NOT LET HER EAT MEXICAN FOOD.

Does anyone know updates on this? When the news of Brewer's EO first broke out, everyone was was saying that it will surely be challenged. But I haven't heard anything official, other than reading a few posts in here of people planning on suing after they got rejected.
