Yesterday I put my future in an envelope. Yesterday I paid 500 dollars to have someone judge me and decide whether or not I can begin to dream. I didn't choose it to be this way but I guess some people have to carry extra weight on their backs....

I submitted my application yesterday. I sent everything I could including:

Medical records
School transcripts since 2005
Shot records
Random school certificates
Middle school diploma along with high school diploma
Acceptance letters to 4 colleges
Copies of my AP scores for the AP classes I took.
My current college class schedule along with the receipt I got for paying for those classes.
My birth certificate (with translation)
Txt records (Itim or whatever number lol plus the paperwork from my parents filing taxes putting me as a dependent)
Copies on school IDs since 2005 along with a copy of my consular ID from the Mexican consulate.
I also submitted all the required signed applications. (I do not remember all 3 of the names... Too many numbers lol)
And the payment.

I am a little concerned. I keep thinking Im missing something. I've been reading that I needed to submit 2 passport photos? To me that makes no sense since they won't be sending me my work permit card right away... So I doubt they will need it. If they do it would also make sense to send my finger prints through mail... I tried seeking help through groups but some charged somewhere above 300 dollars just to review my application. I completed my app through immigrationdirect.com which was very helpful. They did charge 100 dollars but the help they provided really paid off. They sent me step by step instructions and a number to call if I had any questions.

I also didn't have any evidence to prove that I was here on June 15th. I sent my middle school transcript which I got on June 10th and my placement tests for college which I took on June 23rd. Not sure if that's good enough. I guess they will notify me or request further evidence if they need it.

My main question is, will this cause my app to be denied? Or will they simply request further evidence? I'm lost

They will NOT outright deny you, unless you have some serious stuff in your criminal history. Don't worry, if you're missing anything they will send you an RFE (Request for Evidence), if that happens, you would send anything they ask for and you will be approved.

i also didn't have proof of presence for the 15th of june, but it doesn't matter if you have close enough proof, they're supposed to use common sense when reviewing your case. i sent in a receipt for june 3 & paypal/ebay transaction receipts from june 23,etc. i was finally approved yesterday.
goodluck

I sent my app less than two weeks ago and I'm scheduled to get my biometrics done in 3 weeks. I'm so glad this is moving this quick.
