I never submitted a bc for my packet.

I dont know why you would have to tell them you are a deferred action applicant. all i plan to say is that im there to apply for a ss#. idt they need anything else other than the person who will assist you in applying.

they will find out you are DACA from your EAD

is your passport expired? i did mine with my EAD and passport, the people in the SSA i went were really nice and the lady explained me that it was gonna arrive soon, and it did in fact i waited less than two weeks for it

I think the issue is that your passport is expired therefore not valid. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong.

You sir are correct. Valid IDs refers to unexpired IDs. If your passport is expired, it is not valid and SSA does not accept it. There are more options (all you need is ONE because you are suppose to show 2 forms of IDs and EAD is one already):

• Foreign birth certificate;
• Foreign passport;
• U.S. military record;
• U.S. military identification card;
• Religious record showing age or date of birth;
• U.S. driver’s license;
• U.S. state-issued identification card;
• School record showing age or date of birth;
• School identification card;

My point exactly. So there is no reason to even have to mention it only thing we should have to say is that we need to file for a first time ss#.

your IDs have to be valid dude. those expired stuff will make things harder and longer for you.
