You guys should try Washington. I think their DL you only have to prove residency in the state for like 3 months. Maybe not anymore, but that is how it used to be...

How do they know you're from DACA, I mean if your aunt could ask that would be great, it all seems like a ploy to scare away potential dreamers from even trying to get the license, just my opinion.

The EAD has (C33) printed in the category section, they see C33 immediately they deny you. Here is the permit take a look at the category section highlighted.


Arizona dreamers need someone to file a lawsuit against the state to fix this problem.

Just got approved today and my card is in production. sent application sept 17 received 18th routed to cali service center, biometrics was scheduled for 10/12 walk in on 9/28. approved 10/20
