OMG YES. I sent in my app and my family was deported and were kept in solitary confinement. Deferred action is the most dangerous policy known to man.

Worrieddreamer, stop Worrying and just apply... or DONT APPLY and wait until DACA program is shut down and then you will be crying bc other dreamers have EAD and you don't.

Where can I get GED? I live in TN but I tried to get GED in TN but I do not have any kind of ID or passport it's all in ICE custody? I have ID but it is expired they will not accept expired ID.

Can someone help me, where to get GED at?

Still no answer for me. I'm hoping I don't have to live with the type of frustration others are going through who did their bios way earlier than me.

dude u want some hope, i just wish to be in ur position right now, dude u r getting approved, unlike me ive got an RFE and its worst feeling than just waiting to get approved, n dont have to worry about them, just hang in there people who waited almost a month after bios u'all gonna get approved just in matter of time, and be thinkfull ur assess are saved from RFEs.

i-821 was approved today at 8am.

Biometrics appointment letter arrived - 06/26/2014 for 07/11

I tried the whole don't check my status everyday and it just didn't work ! But I'm glad it's over now.
