I really want to apply for a position

I found a job posting and I want to send them my resume but I havent been approved yet. Its a long process from-receiving my EAD all the way to finally having a SSN. I am estimating another full month before having the SSN.

This job is perfect. If I contact them and they want to meet, I dont want to go into details of my situation.

If they send me an app and it requires filling in a SSN, I dont want to leave it blank. And they'll obv ask if I dont include it.

Ughh.

Are some of you ignoring looking for jobs for now until you have everything you need?

Yeah. I'm waiting until I have my social security number before I start applying at jobs.

i found myself in the same position you are, What I did I ask the lawyer if he was doing internships because i noticed he was hiring, and he said no but was thinking about it, so i asked him to take me as an intern, he knew about my situation so he told me that as soon as i get my EAD he will start paying me. But i asked because i knew him already, so Idk if other people would be open to the idea.

I already started applying back to my old place of employment b4 i was let go when my work permit expired. I have a SSN already so i just need my work permit and to renew my DL. I wanted to wait but was persuaded by fam and friends to start. Its been about 3 weeks and i havent heard anything yet. Just hoping and PRAYING everyday to get approved b4 i even go on the first interview. But im tired of worrying. What ever happens happens. But i'm sure everything will work out. HOpefully i get approved this week and hear something from the job next week. That'd be great!
