Patience helped me with my EAD process but this is a whole new animal...an inconsistent one at that. Do not be afraid to rip them a new one if necessary. Hopefully I can save some of u from going through the hell that I endured. |

Yeah, If I dont hear anything back by next monday.
I'm going to go ahead and go to the office and ask for a supervisor or someone with actual knowledge of how everything works rather than these desk jockeys that read off of the monitor.

Tell me about it, I went ahead and called another office this morning and they told me they couldn't open my file because it hadn't been the original office I visited.
