Import/Export

Hi guys,

I am about to start my Import/Export business and I have already secured a customer for one product that will be brought from oversees. However, I am in search of information regarding state specific information of imports. Do you guys know if I should go to the Department of Revenue and see if they have studies or reports? or should I just focus on asking US Customs?.

The problem with the US Customs and Border Patrol is that they only have information with what was brought in and not were it ended up.

Any help is welcome.
