i went to the MVC today in Randolph nj to take out my permit, they had three people behind a table filling out forms and what not, one of them was an old lady prob 65, a black lady in her 50s and a white lady in her 40s maybe... with my luck the white lady calls me over and i said i wanted to take out my permit and i showed her all my documents...

EAD CAR - Name, middle name, last name and surname - 3-Point Documents
SSN - Name, middle name, last name and surname - 1-Point Document

School ID and school records -Name, middle name, last name( no surname) - 2-Point Document
ATM card and bank statements - Name, middle name, last name(no surname) - 1-Point Document

So the lady tell me this bullshit that i cant take a out permit cause i have two diffident names and that i had to go to my bank to change my name to my full name.. and that the person in my school id and records didnt exist cause the wasn't me -___- are you fuckking kiddin! only in nj this shit would happen.. so i went to my bank to change my name and what did i give them to change my name? my AED and ATM card -__-

my point is that i live in the worst state anyone could live on..

anyone out there who ever thinks about moving into New jersey please don't!!!
the taxes are ridiculous, a pack of cigs is $9, a gallon of milk is close to 5 and most of the state laws and regulations is just plain bullshit im not exaggerating and the people are the worst of all

and if your wondering what im still doing on here, im saving every penny i can to get to get the fuck out ASAP

Sorry to hear that OP. Just try a different office. I hope I don't run into these problems when I apply here in South NJ.

The NJ mvc is seriously torture. I cant wait to drive but I am dreading the process, I've been to the one in Raldoph and know exactly which ladies you're talking about. Seems like everybody at that office has a stick up their ass. I suggest trying the Wayne office, I hear they are friendlier.

Also, a gallon of milk is $2.99 at Trader Joe's!

He doesn't have two names. Under Hispanic tradition you are named with paternal and maternal last name. Thus for example, John Smith Williams Kline.

That is how it appears on his EAD. However, since in the US no one uses maternal last names he just used: John Smith Williams.

Yeah nj MVC is a pain. They gave me a hard time because of a no dl ticket I got back in 08, I didn't know they automatically give u a dl number when you get a ticket for no dl. I spent 6 hrs there answering the same questions and waiting for them to verify my answers.
