thanks. yeah i went on the 24th after i got my social lol i took my id picture then my license and passed my written test the same day and i had my behind the wheel test today and i passed that too, so now im licensed

just go friday. they will have it. just take the documents that you were asked for. if they tell you that its against protocol to give you the print out just tell them to type this into their browser to open the page that says that they could give you a printout "http://ssa-custhelp.ssa.gov/app/answers/detail/a_id/1669 " make sure you take that url for proof in case you encounter any problems. good luck

Dude.. That totally blows.. You're famous on this forum for being first on the approval, just for your SS to take a whole month.. I mean c'mon ead it's useless without it... I would've been pissed. But well guess it was a price for being first I mean 22 days get out here.. Must've involved a ritual... jk best luck dude

Just got my social! Very happy... well kinda of. I had my New Mexico License but finally I get my NY license now!

I went to apply yesterday, and took my EAD, passport, and BC(just in case). I handed the lady my EAD and passport and she just asked, "is that your BC?" She ended up never even looking at the passport, just the EAD and BC.
