Info for EAC139 problems

I called uscis today because of no updates although bio is complete.My case could not be found and they said all is processing and the reason was backlog.If it helps anyone my lockbox was texas and transfered to virginia.Also did walk in with expired passport in Royal palm beach florida.I am now 19 and my photo was when i was 9.No other pic id

ok we are in the same situation but is good to know at least there is a reason for it.
