Lost Biometrics Letter

Sooo we cant find my sisters biometrics letter!. Her appointment is the 2nd of november. What can she doo?

yes they can fax it to you, just don't say you lost it , say it's all wet and it's very difficult to read anything from the letter

my biometrics letter appointment never arrived they send it to the wrong address so they faxed it to me!
