Card in production error message?

My brother got a text saying his card is in production and he has not even done biometrics yet???


Mine says in production too!

Now I am confused...

Check the receipt #'s maybe he has yours listed on his account.

Yea the message says card production but not shipped. Hmm i guess ill have to wait more days. I was approve last thursday.
