The poll numbers themselves doesn't accurately represent the probability of which candidates winning what. Ohio, while the poll numbers are close, are actually very safe for Obama (538.com gives it 70 something % for Obama) and Pennsylvania is basically locked down for Obama (94%).

You gotta look at the bigger context; Romney had to waste all the precious resources (TIME, if anything else) on Florida even though he was supposed to carry Florida easily - For Obama, Florida is not as important as it is to Romney. This discrepancy is very important b/c Florida is a huge state, population and territorial wise (i.e. much, much more expensive to gain % there). More Romney has to spend time and resources in Florida (because if Obama wins Florida, it's fucking over), more breathing room for Obama to go on the offensive in other critical states.

This gave Obama an opening for him to completely preempt Romney in Ohio; numbers are close, but they are rock-solid consistent.

according to them he has less than 30% chance of winning and getting smaller by day.

Remember how close they said the last election was going to be? Then we witnessed a massive blowout on election night. Please don't read into these polls. It's all theater.

Obama was always ahead. Never trailed in the Electoral Votes count.

Even if Romney gets public win. Obama will still win.

Obama is going to win Ohio.

I also think Democrats will take back the House and add more seats in the Senate.
