Don't think that. I also had that same LUD and then on 10/19 I was approved. They just haven't looked at yours yet. Nebraska is still approving people whose biometrics were completed on 9/13. So don't give up hope. It's coming.

They said if I don't hear anything within 90 days, 11/15, then I can call back and request an interim EAD.
I've heard of people doing that and the interim EAD usually arrives within a week.
Sucks since people I helped received their EAD weeks ago but the time will come......
