RFE for I821D but approval for I765?? - Page 2

If i had to speculate, i would say that initially your adjudicator wanted to see more evidence, thus the RFE. Then when it was reviewed by a higher REP, they determined that your evidence was sufficient therefore overturned the previous decision.

That's what i was thinking too. We'll see once i give them a call tomorrow to find out

Update to my case for texas rfe: I called uscis today. Lady said my card was mailed out today, oct 29th. But my i821d online still has an rfe hold on it. I still havent received a letter so lady said maybe they just didnt update my case online. If my card comes in then i'm approved. I wont.be celebrating till its in my hands and I know everything is clear on their ends that I in fact am approved. Just hope that rfe mess isnt anything but a mistake on their parts.

Today I received my EAD card!! I never even sent in RFE stuff after they flagged my I821D for it because I never received an RFE letter. But I'm assuming I'm okay if I still got my EAD! The I765 was approved last thursday. I'm still going to call uscis to make sure there's no hold at all on my application still with my DACA application, but for now I celebrate!
