I think My wait has been since the announcement June 15. Back Then, I coulnt wait to apply August 15. Later to sent it in, I ended sending my App 08/22/2012 because I double, quadruple, octruple my app every single day. Now November 1st I cant wait for approval. Im sure that in less then a month I will have my EAD and DL to feel safe driving during the holidays.

This is true,but think about it..if they design a system of less say 5000/ day of bios across the board all service centers..and instead of waiting your turn you just walk in...now u are in the process of having your background checked and I'm still waiting my turn along with the 5000 others that were scheduled that day..plus all the other walk ins in between..now those that were waiting there turn are further behind now..thus this whole process is delayed..there has to be a reason behind the two week appt date given..of course they will triple inspect paperwork that's a giving..
