Just over 2 months since I sent my app...31 days after biometrics...Decision still pending from Nebraska. Common Nebraska make my Friday!

I called the 1800 # on the website and it sas if you need info on deferred action press 1 and then it gives u info on who qualifies... (It calmed me a little since i turned 30 after such date...) but then it says you can talk to someone if you press some #.

No inside scoop given but she did say what i already said: 1st come (applications) 1st served and she asked me for my case # and told me that as the website says it should come thru by early december.

I believe we'll b approved soon

Got an RFE yesterday, i'm overstay, i wonder if its about the 5 year pressence evidence i sent, like really i'm overstay how the hell did i leave and came back w/o getting the 10 year ban... Sigh
It'll be okay, just a minor setback i'm not giving up.

Same here got a RFE I'm an overstay as well. It's sad they can't use common sense for continuous presence.
