I'm in the same boat with Vermont....but I don't think you can choose where to send it? I think it's just where you live I'm from New York but I had a lawyer handle my case so I never had a say to begin with! Good luck hopefully we all get approved quickly as Election Day is approaching..

If it only takes him two weeks to get approved, he is very lucky. But there are many factor affecting your rate, for example. size of package, service center, bio date(an actual appointment or a walk in) and biometric result. Some people are just lucky.
